These types of breathing exercises put a lot of pressure on our respiratory system. Doing this type of breathing exercises may also suffer from corona and recover from it can also cause shortness of breath and many other problems.


  • It is better not to do the following 3 breathing exercises. If you also have corona damage and other heart related disease and high blood pressure. The three exercise are Kapalbhati Pranayama, Mocha Pranayama, Bastrica Pranayama.


  • The word Kapalbhati Pranayama comes from two words, Kapal and Pathi. Kabal means skull. Verse means luminosity. Kapalbhati has high energy abdominal exercise. Our body heats up when we do this exercise. That heat out toxins and wastes in our body. Further breathing exercises increase our metabolism. And it may also increase the mobility of our liver and kidneys.


  • Kapalbhati Pranayama is an enhanced breathing exercise. It will put more pressure on the internal organs in our body. If you do this breathing exercise when the corona damage is severe. It can also cause shortness of breath. In addition, those have high blood pressure and stomach ulcer is better avoiding this Kapalbhati Pranayama breathing exercise.


  • Mocha means dizziness. This breathing exercise called Mocha Pranayama is a dizzying breathing exercise. Usually when doing this exercise one has to inhale very slowly.


  • Mocha Pranayama is also an enhanced breathing exercise. Doing this exercise can also  cause a kind of dizziness. This breathing exercise will cause a thin ecstasy. It is not good for everyone to do this breathing exercise.
  • After learning the basic breathing exercises well, it is good to do the breathing exercise. Patients with goiter should not attempt to do this exercise. If you also engage in this exercise and hold your breath for a long time. It also puts more pressure on the lungs that are being healed by the covid.


  • Bastrica Pranayama is similar to Kapalbhati Pranayama for breathing exercises. But the two are completely different. When engaging in this breathing exercise, inhale and exhale very quickly. The breath must be inhaled and exhaled faster.


  • Bastrica Pranayama is a simple breathing exercise. It also creates more heat inside our body and puts more pressure on our lungs.
